"TEMPEX" Ltd. works with its own and 3rd party certified installation groups to ensure professional installation and fast delivery throughout the whole country.

Shipping and prices:

  • The delivery for all orders from the online store worth over BGN 300 is free* on the territory of the whole country;
  • The delivery price of all orders worth less than BGN 300 is calculated by the courier company;
  • The ordered products are sent after our associates contact the customer to confirm the order;
  • *For delivering air conditioner systems outside Plovdiv city area, there is an additional 0,90 BGN tax per traveled kilometer, which is discused with the customer before sending the order (this tax is applied only if the air conditioner is ordered with installation).
  • The specifics regarding the delivery and installation of air conditioners are agreed in advance by phone

What does the "Standard installation" service include?

  • Delivery of the air conditioning system to the site plus materials and equipment for installation;
  • Installation of indoor / outdoor unit, including stands;
  • Drilling of 1 technological hole in the wall;
  • Laying of refrigeration copper pipes, including thermal insulation up to 3 linear meters long;
  • Drain pipe line up to 3 linear meters long;
  • Communication cable up to 3 linear meters long, plug - 1 pc .;
  • Connecting indoor and outdoor unit, vacuuming, starting and testing the system;
  • Collection of packaging and bulk waste;

Note: Construction activities for restoration of openings, dismantling and installation of glazing, use of lifting equipment and etc. are not included in the standard installation package.
