Air conditioning and ventilation of 5 story shopping complex, including shops, piano bar, restaurantс, sewing workshop, a bakery with a pastry shop, underground parking, and more. TEMPEX Ltd. designed and constructed the entire ventilation and air conditioning system in the mall.

This project took around 1360 meters of air ducts, 670 m refrigerant pipes;

8900 m² total built-up and air-conditioned area;

Duct, cassette, wall, and ceil-type air conditioners from Fuji Electric are used for the climatization.
